When utilizing the calculation tools or wizards, you may provide:

• Birth Date: Used locally to determine astronomical planetary ephemerides.
• Birth Time (Exact, Approximate, or Unknown): When marked unknown, our engine sweeps the civil day to identify invariant signs without asserting an instant.
• Birth Location (City, Town, or Village): Used locally to resolve geographical coordinates and IANA timezones. If marked unknown, celestial positions are calculated geocentrically without asserting an Ascendant.
• Claimed Rashi or Nakshatra: Self-reported traditional sign claims used locally for verification against the civil day sweep.

2. Local Storage & Deletion

To prevent re-entering birth information across browser sessions, RASHINOS stores your calculated profile in your browser's local storage (localStorage.rashinos_user_profile).

This information resides exclusively on your device. You may delete your profile at any time by clearing your browser storage or using the "Clear Saved Profile" option in your account settings.

3. Web Infrastructure, CDNs & Technical Logs

While birth details are processed client-side, routine web requests to load HTML, CSS, JavaScript bundles, and static JSON catalogs inevitably transmit standard network metadata (such as IP addresses, User-Agent strings, and request timestamps) to our Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare Pages) to serve web traffic, defend against DDoS attacks, and maintain network reliability.

4. Share Card & Canvas Generation

When generating downloadable or shareable astrological cards, rendering is performed client-side using the HTML5 Canvas API. RASHINOS does not upload your card image or birth coordinates to a RASHINOS calculation server. If you choose to share the resulting card to third-party services (such as WhatsApp or X), you are subject to the privacy terms of those platforms.

The Service is not intended for unsupervised children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
