1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RASHINOS ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Astrology Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description & No-Account Architecture
RASHINOS provides traditional Vedic Jyotisha calculations, astronomical planetary positions, and interpretive perspectives. The core calculation service operates directly within your browser without requiring an account, login, or registration.
3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibility
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or scrape the static infrastructure or client bundles of the Service. You are solely responsible for evaluating any outputs or astrological interpretations provided by the Service.
4. Disclaimers & Nature of Jyotisha Content
The Service and all astrological interpretations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As detailed in our Astrology Disclaimer, traditional Jyotisha is an interpretive cultural and philosophical tradition. It does not constitute medical, psychiatric, financial, investment, or legal advice, nor does it guarantee specific real-world outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom user interface components, software architecture, branding, logos, and original written analyses of RASHINOS are the property of Aztras AI Tech Solutions or its licensors. Third-party libraries and datasets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators under their open-source licenses, as detailed on our Licenses page.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aztras AI Tech Solutions, its builder, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or reliance upon the Service or any astrological interpretations.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
