METHOD
Vedic Jyotisha and the RASHINOS method
RASHINOS uses deterministic astronomy and a documented Vedic Jyotisha ruleset. Interpretations are traditional, not scientific predictions.
Conventions
- · Zodiac — sidereal (nirayana).
- · Ayanamsha — Lahiri / Chitrapaksha, defined from Spica.
- · Houses — whole-sign (Parashari default).
- · Nodes — mean node by default; true node is not implemented.
- · Dasha — Vimshottari, 365.25-day year.
Accuracy
RASHINOS distinguishes calculation accuracy from interpretive tradition. Planetary positions are validated against an independent reference (NASA/JPL Horizons) within a declared tolerance; the astronomical result is testable, while traditional interpretation is not a scientific claim. Near a boundary, results are reported as boundary sensitive instead of as a confident single value.
Privacy
Personal birth data is calculated in your browser. There is no account, no server-side profile store, and no database of visitors' birth details.
